Payment: Orders are confirmed personally before payment — pay by e-transfer or card once we confirm. Alberta GST (5%) applies.
Custom dress orders welcome: Dreaming of a dress in your size, your colours, your style? We take custom orders — tell us what you have in mind and we will have it made to order for you. A custom order takes 3–4 weeks to make and have ready. To start, we take 60% of the total in advance — this advance is non-refundable. The remaining 40% is due when your order is ready to ship. We make your custom order 90% like the picture — not 100%. Every piece is handmade, so small differences from the picture are natural.
Ladies-only appointments: In-store appointments are for ladies only. Message us on WhatsApp, Instagram, or Facebook to book your visit and try dresses on in comfort.
Calgary pickup: Free — pick up your order in Calgary at no charge.
Calgary delivery: From $15, depending on distance.
Shipping in Canada: $20 for one small item · $25 flat when you order 2 or more small items together · Dresses $60 · Free over $1,700 — paid by the customer. Small items are jewelry, shawls, kheena paige, and other small accessories. Light dresses (Kattani, Hazaragi): 2 together ship for $30.
Outside Canada: Worldwide shipping is available — please inquire. Message us and we will confirm the shipping cost for your country before payment.
